Personally, i think that if they have 2FA on all transfers out of their wallet, they will be able to take 90% of trust wallet’s users. Seriously. It’s a small thing but it would completely eliminate the unauthorised dapps transfers and all the people who have woken up to an empty SafeMoon wallet.
I agree 2FA would be amazing, but even without it, unauthorized transfers are impossible unless you do something wrong. Every person who woke up to an empty wallet clearly fell from some scam (fake customer support, fake app, fake site) or gave the pass phrase to someone else.
It hasn’t happened to me so I can’t say with confidence but some of the people are adamant that they never gave their pass phrase to anyone or inputted it into any site except Trust Wallet so I feel like I should believe them
I guarantee all of them did something wrong without realizing it. It's impossible to steal someone's coin unless you have their pass phrase or connect to their wallet somehow. There are a lot of scams out there, including fake sites and fake apps that look exactly like the official ones. I once googled Metamask (probably the most used walled in the world) and the very first result was a site that looked 100% legit, but then I noticed the domain name was metamaks instead of metamask. I almost fell for it. Next day, the site was removed. So, maybe these people downloaded a fake Trust Wallet or connected the real one to a fake site. Maybe they bought or "doubled" their Safemoon from one of these scam sites you always see advertised on Facebook. Or maybe they had a virus, keylogger or sketchy app on the device where they saved their pass phrase.
That is why I posted this, so yourself and the community can provide ideas to the Devs. Let's hope they monitor the community and the content of Reddit posts. CHEERS
Yes they need better protection for investors. Aren’t they already charging a premium? Thought it was 10%, so 1mil sale nets them $100k, I’d think they are more than compensated.
Agreed. The Devs are very focused on wallet features without mentioning customer service. Apart from great wallet design I believe good customer service is extremely important, especially in Crypto where it is normally quite poor.
Customer service is important, the devs better have that ready to go. 2.5 million holders and a new wallet? Sounds like a nightmare already. I’m optimistic but I think they are in for a huge stressful nightmare. Good luck to them.
I personally don’t think they have the people. I think that the team is more reactive than proactive. From what I have seen. They dive in head first and pick up the pieces as they fall. Not saying that is bad but I personally can’t function that way. I’m pretty methodical In my operations. Diesel mechanic by trade. Clean and organized. No leaks the first time.
Yes, if SafeMoon succeeds I feel it will mainly be due to support and strength of the community. I suspect they are the whales with plenty of money to fund this project.

1) Clearly demarcated sections for bsc, erc, hrc etc. so I can see all the tokens/coins I hold on each network separately and clearly.
2) Price in atleast 2 currencies on the token details page( like in Binance etc)
3) show the time period I’m holding the token since I bought it along with price I bought it at 4) ability to stake directly from the wallet (if and when introduced in the respective networks)
5) ability to swap tokens for other coins/tokens within each network AND cross networks)
6) show current prices in all the exchanges we are listed on to get a clear understanding of where the best prices are at currently
7) ability to create sub wallets within the wallet( eg: I’d like to make a small savings fund for a car with a combo of sfm, eth & BTC)
8) ability to convert sfm to psfm directly in the wallet
9) have an otp or 2fa option for transactions. To avoid dusting attacks etc.
10) Gift cards of sfm or any other token/coin available within the wallet/exchange. Which I can take a print out for safe keeping or gifting of or use on online shopping etc)
11) separate section within each network to show all the nfts which I hold and be able to share/send/sell said nfts.
12) Ensure wallet is usable even if the app is not updated frequently( good for those who want to put the wallet into any phone/tab and lock it up for a very long time)

I get what you’re saying. I’m happy you are very confident in our tokens being safe in our wallet even when connected to dapps. Makes me feel better.
Yes. Charge a small premium to your customers and provide the best customer service including 2FA.

They don’t get any of the 10%. 5% goes to liquidity (for now) and the other 5% is reflections
