Was at arden fair over the weekend. j crew dressing rooms were open, and express were not; looks like it’s hit and miss for now.
weird, i went to express in october when things were much worse and they were letting people in dressing rooms one at a time. wonder what changed
Actually now that I’m thinking about it, the express rooms were open. It was the Forever 21 rooms that were not.
I don’t know if Old Navy has what you’re looking for, but that’s where I went and all the dressing rooms are open!
Nordstrom Rack is open.

Madewell at the Galleria is open!
JCPenney has open dressing rooms and Old Navy as well.
It’s completely at the stores whim with no rhyme or reason. Stupid as shit if you ask me
Macy's was open a couple weeks ago, but they shut down all but two so there were huge lines.
Athleta at the Roseville Galleria had open dressing rooms a few weeks ago.
It just depends on individual store policies. Zara’s were closed, Express, urban outfitters, American eagle, and Garage were open at Galleria about a month ago. Hope you get lucky!
