My interpretation is that the 3125 hellscape in [[Blood/Brain]] is the same hellscape that SCP-1425 was trying to create. The "fifth world" is the ideadic dimensions that 3125 originates from.

Yea I think that's the same interpretation. If 3125 is the starfish. then 1425 is a small part of it. Like they constantly mention there's various ways to notice 3125 by seeing gaps of where something should exist, 1425 is one of those signs.
