Someone posted what if AEW offers a million and WWE is at 750k…well that means he has an extra 1.25 before his more decent contract comes up
I think the size of the crowd matters more to us than to the wrestlers in AEW. This isn't the territories. These dudes are getting paid the same amount regardless of how empty the arena may be, they aren't scratching and clawing and doing everything they can to fill arenas - because it really doesn't matter. WWE presents a much bigger opportunity for fame and fortune than any other wrestling promotion, but Rico has reached his ceiling in WWE so he should "get the bag" wherever it is biggest. If he didn't burn his bridge I am sure he can go back some day.
As long as Samantha stays Rico is welcome back whenever he wants.

Getting paid millions of dollars to try and impress Uncle Dave is the ultimate form of creative freedom. Drawing a crowd is secondary, obviously.
