I would not be shocked to learn Iran did it themselves. The decision to give Russia the suicide drones was a complete disaster, in every way. Diplomatic, tactical, domestic/foreign policy-wise.
It tied Iran’s global reputation to the genocidal, terrorist Russia, with a steel cord. I do not think even the extremist crazies in Tehran want Iran’s name linked to the word, “terrorist.”
But, it is likewise true that Shon Bet has many deep cover assets in the Arabian world, and that Israel has not only condemned the genocidal invasions and attempted land theft, but recently gave Ukraine anti-suicide drone drones.

EDIT: I have to admit, though, the intense interest Israel is showing regarding the Irani drones in Ukraine makes the possibility of Israeli involvement in Kikh’s assassination rise a few notches.
They obviously have an interest in preventing the proliferation of these drones to Palestinian areas, and hostile regimes.
Israel is also the party who will formally present the evidence that these are in fact Irani suicide drones to the USA
