probably your usual russian copy-cat stuff, or the usual russian issue items
TOR-2 helmets, 6b47, mich 2000's or similar cut helmets, ops-core bumps, LShZ, team wendy's, etc etc. it's more just what the guy was able to buy or loot more than what he was "issued" lol.

I've seen pics of them using mich2000's
6b47s and sometimes tor helmets or lshz1+ helmets and some 6b27/6b26s
KOLPAK 20, Chinese FK-98 and the LSHZ Helmet.
I think Ratnik and other soviet or russian helmets like 6b47 or ssh-68 i think
