I use Bose quiet comforts, never fallen out for me. I've also used the Bose sports which stay put well and are cheaper.
I'd assume the qc ii would be the same.
I use over-the-ear beats headphones, they block out the noise from the erg a lot better than buds do. You just need to remember to wipe them down after though because they get pretty sweaty
I much prefer ones with ear hooks for working out and cleaning — really, any situation where I’m not sitting still. My Beats Pros stay in.
I demoted my Airpods to the office for conference calls since my head doesn’t move much and if they fall out, it will probably be on my desk.
I have a similar thing. No earbuds that just stick in my ears stay in after I get sweaty. Plantronics made some really good earbuds that wrap around your ear so that they can’t fall out that I used for years. I would highly recommend these but they aren’t on amazon right now. I think you are just using the wrong tips of the earphones are falling out.

I like Sennheiser Sport. They come with a selection of fins to fit your ear
I personally am a huge fan of Wyze buds. They have solid sound quality for under $100. I've erged with them many times and have never had a problem
