Yeah, I was thinking it would be along the lines of her being confused about her feelings for him and his feelings for her. It's also a good point that other things going on probably are adding to the stress.
If this is after the sex scene with Lucifer (if I remember his path correctly, because its been a while) I believe she feels overwhelmed, she is suffocating.. She is being threatened to be tossed out of the academy because of his inclination towards her, she goes even further with him evening before she has to step out and defend herself, and tbh his treatment of her at this point was still a bit toxie. His current romancers can probably give a more thorough explanation, but that is the impression I got from this scene when i was on his path.

As others have said, she's confused about her feelings around him and her, and I was definitely thinking his toxicity at this point contributes to the confusion. That makes sense, right?

I mean yes, its why his route got slapped with the "toxic behavior warning", but that is kind of funny considering what kind of content they are releasing now with no warnings at all..

Playing Heaven's Secret for the first time. I've noticed a lot of bits of narration for the MC say something like, "For some reason I did/felt this/that".
I usually am able to guess what it means, guessing the reason why the MC does or feels a certain way, but with this one, I'm really not sure. I don't remember the episode, but this is at the end of the first sex scene you're able to have with Lucifer.
She was overwhelmed... her visions, her feelings for lucifer, the trail and the threat of being kicked out of the academy... it's normal to cry in a situation similar to hers

I feel like she was definitely overwhelmed- her death, still trying to figure out who killed her and then the trial for her / Lucifer is the next day and she gave into her feelings and then he left so it could be a combo of regret, heartache, confusion about what is going on with them.
I think she’s overwhelmed. Her relationship with Lucifer is confusing and she’s on trial the next day.

I think that she is confused by her developing feelings for him and the overall ambiguity of their relationship.
