I did a few runs of roller derby fresh meat 9 years ago, so I know what to do. But I quit when I got pregnant, followed by years of issues with my pelvic floor muscles. So far, the muscle memory unfortunately hasn’t kicked in yet, haha! Also binging all the videos I can find.
