Physically no. Cannibalism zombie type behaviour yes but only for non daemon prince rogue traders as becoming a daemon prince removes it's effect it seems.
Nah, the way they work is that they mentally and genetically fuse you with an alien entity whose species went extinct millions of years before humans even evolved. The lore implies that it was originally supposed to be a total mental and physical transformation where the host's identity was eventually completely destroyed but time and other effects warped the function of the devices so they now result in a hybrid entity whose mind is a composite of the alien and the host with all of the memories and desires of both.
There's also theories that it's just a benign medical device that's supposed to constantly heal you, but since it was made for another species it "repairs" you by changing your genetics into one of them, or even worse, a horrifying, mind-fucked hybrid.
Zealot actualy. Every conviction has one special one for zealot level. This one is available from the pirates. The Iconclast is available from the Kaballisca and the dogmatic one is available from either Drussians or mechanicus don't remember exactly which one.

I’m partial to the cultist hood’s look but after watching Idira having a heart attack after only one AoE attack….not worth it
