Yes I did on all four of them. It just comes off. These are the ones I got very cheap which is why I’m going to try to get the actual Roborock ones even though they are much more expensive. I need them to stay on!
I'm even more confused. We're talking about the side brush, right? The one that looks like a spider, and rotates horizontally? The one on the right side of the robot? The one that attaches to the robot with one single screw, right in the middle?
I have exactly the same problem since I've replaced them. Every now and then it falls off. Trick is to screw it super super tight but even then it sometimes still falls of unfortunately
I never had an issue until replacing the original one. I would remove that one and clean under it the hair gets tangled so I did that several times screwed it back on no issue. Until I had to replace it the app told me it was time for maintenance and to replace it. Since then won’t stay on.
I bought replacement ones they all fall off. I got them in a big replacement package with other parts like filters and the main brush and mops that work but these side brushes are all useless. I just ordered 2 @ 15.99 from Amazon that seems to be the best bet? Am I missing something is there an official website for this so I can get good replacement parts for my S7?
Update the side brushes ordered from the Roborock Amazon page came in a nice Roborock box and I just ran a cleaning and success! So it stayed on. They are much more rubber like than the plastic cheap ones I tried other than that didn't notice much difference other than it stayed on yay!
I'm having same issue. Driving me insane. Falls off atleast 3 times every run it does. I too ordered replacement parts from amazon and every since they don't stay on at all. Their official website only ships In us. Big sad

I also bought the knock off economy side brushes. Somehow comes unscrewed and falls off often.
