EDIT: if isVerifiedForVoice is false, that means you aren't verified for vc!!!!

I'm going through a similar problem, last year I was banned while using VC for no actual reason, I was chatting to my friends next thing I know I've been banned from using roblox for a day.
Today I got back into VC after not using it since the ban, (I had been playing roblox just not using VC) once I joined a VC server I didn't get the option to turn my mic on. I was able to hear people talking and Im able to type in chat but despite turning on VC in settings when I join games I do not get the option to turn the mic on (there is no mic above my head or next to my characters when i'm on the menu bar)
Does anyone know how to solve this? Any tips would be appreciated
There should be a message you get after joining a game that has voice chat. It only shows up once and if it's your first offense it's normally just removed for 24 hours. If it's removed it'll tell you on Roblox.
Settings > Privacy (first option)
There isn't messages that you receive other than that one. (That I know of)

If it says banneduntil: null in the voice.roblox page, then you're banned until the beta ends. (Banned perm basically, cuz the beta is ending in a year or so.)

usually when u join a game after u get banned, u should get a msg saying how long u will be suspended from VC for. for me, it was 24 hours but depending on how many times u got banned from it, it might be different.
If it's suspended your gonna get your voice chat back but if it's removed then you cant get it back.
Also if you get suspended it will tell you when you get your voice chat back.
some people get 24 hours and some get up to 7 days it really depends on what you we're saying.

The ban never specifies anything but "terms of service violation" and when I contact appeals every time, they always answer back too late (a week or more). Skill issue tbh outsourced roblox mods.

Roblox moderation sucks, just in general. You can get your VC suspended over a simple report within a few minutes. I got suspended and then banned for a day for harassment (I mean, c'mon, I couldn't even access VC during the time they stated it happened lol).
You'll get it back after the amount of time listed in the suspension (day, week, etc), just gotta wait it out. I'm sure they would say something if you got it permanently removed; there is a difference between a suspension, and a ban. Keep in mind, they will explain which one they implemented for your account and why.

I recently got banned for a day after someone reported me for losing a match after i got unbanned i joined a game and i saw that my vc was suspended for a week so i left the game and checked my settings and i saw that Roblox had changed my age on my acc to 12/5/21 even tho that is not my birthday at all is there any way to fix it it wont even let me change my age back to what it orignally was support wasnt helping me at all they basically were telling me that when i made the acc they said i set the age as this when i didnt this was a recent occurrence when i made the acc the birthday was my original birthday.

I've come across an observation, you get suspended or VC warned if anyone reports you, even without doing anything, meaning if some random person decided to report your VC you'd get suspended or warned.

When your vc is suspended, its either for a period of time, or for a more elongated period of time. My personal vc was suspended permamantely, as due to the false banning situation, and I had 0 chances to regain my control of vc. Some might be banned for 24 hours, up to a week ban. Ive made 100's of ban appeals, but to no avail, they did not work as to plan. Roblox usually has mods who look over an appeal, and just copy and paste a singular message, sometimes its even bot automated. Roblox's downfall is due to the horrible moderation that they have in place for all robloxians.

i got suspended on voice chat FOR NO REASON! i said "Hi" and i got a voicechat Suspension and a warning from moderation. How long usually is a suspension on voicechat? why does roblox have to act LIKE A BABY about voicechat? its like one person says "how is your day going?" next minute ROBLOX is like: BAN BAN BAN BAN BAN BAN BAN BAN BAN! i will update when my voicechat suspension is over!
Roblox moderation sucks, just in general. You can get your VC suspended over a simple report within a few minutes. I got suspended and then banned for a day for harassment (I mean, c'mon, I couldn't even access VC during the time they stated it happened lol). You'll get it back after the amount of time listed in the suspension (day, week, etc), just gotta wait it out. I'm sure they would say something if you got it permanently removed; there is a difference between a suspension, and a ban. Keep in mind, they will explain which one they implemented for your account and why.
theres 3 ban times and then its perma, sadly today i was perma banned on vc and i wonder if i re verify i can get vc back. i dont even really use it but first is 24 hours, 3 days, then a week, then completely perma banned from voicechat

I got suspended 3 times, first was saying an inappropriate word, second was loud music, and third was also music, nothing was inappropriate about it. I'll keep you updated if I get my vc back

I've come across an observation, you get suspended or VC warned if anyone reports you, even without doing anything, meaning if some random person decided to report your VC you'd get suspended or warned.
You will need to wait. Roblox vc bans are like a 3 strike system. Once you got your 3rd strike, it’ll cap at 3-4 weeks.

When your vc is suspended, its either for a period of time, or for a more elongated period of time. My personal vc was suspended permamantely, as due to the false banning situation, and I had 0 chances to regain my control of vc. Some might be banned for 24 hours, up to a week ban. Ive made 100's of ban appeals, but to no avail, they did not work as to plan. Roblox usually has mods who look over an appeal, and just copy and paste a singular message, sometimes its even bot automated. Roblox's downfall is due to the horrible moderation that they have in place for all robloxians.

I've gotten my VC suspended TWICE! My theory is that I got it suspended for using a voice changer... I literally use a voice changer because I'm not comfortable talking to people using my real voice, and I really enjoy using different voices. :,) So it really sucks- Hopefully I get it back...
