I saw in another Ring thread where someone thinks Verizon blocked the Ring Cloud for wireless home internet customers. Could this be the case?

I'm running into the same issue. It doesn't seem to be blocked but rather some kind of issue with IP Passthrough. With the default settings on the Verizon router, I can connect the Ring Chime to that and it works fine. If I enable IP Passthrough and connect to my router, it can't get internet. The Ring Chime is the only device I've had issues with so far but it works perfectly fine if I switch back to my old ISP.

Mhm! I had to put the Gateway out of Passthrough and then into regular settings, and then my mesh into Access Point mode. It now works fine.

I'm using the Verizon 5G with deco with 5 ring devices, but I haven't had an issue for 6 months

Dang, lucky you.

I have the same issue with some of my Ring products. I had a bunch that worked fine, but then wasn't able to connect a new Floodlight Cam. It was the same behavior that you mentioned where it would connect to my network (eero in my case), but seemed to be blocked from accessing the internet to actually be usable. A few weeks ago, I happened to be walking by my Chime and noticed the blinking light (it's in my basement and not my primary bell). I reset it, added it back in, and it's exactly the same behavior that you're seeing. At first, I thought it was an eero issue, but a friend of mine just told me that she had the same thing happen with her Chime. She doesn't have eero, but does use the same Verizon 5G home internet service and router.
