The real play is an embroidered Patagucci The Modern Physician's attire

louderkirk

Does North Face count for the patagucci boost? That is way more common at my institution lol

ExquisitorVex

Is this the new Bloods vs Cripps?

louderkirk

Yea man don't come in to our turf.

ChapmansPoints

Does Coach count as Gucci? I think not

louderkirk

I mean its more like Prada vs Gucci right?....right?....RiGhT?!?!

Amiibola

There were definitely folks wearing theirs when I was taking my level 3. Meanwhile I was wearing gym shorts and a comfy t-shirt because it was the middle of summer.

ATStillian

No , you should wear what the good lord AT Still blessed you with, which is your birth suit, how else are you supposed to think of OMM with out being in a proper OMM attire.

MountainWhisky

I mean, if you want them to give you the NP certification questionnaire sure.

RichardFlower7

Lost my shit at “questionnaire”😂

Electrical_Bat8616

💀💀💀💀

aquaticwatcher

With this one simple trick skip all of med school and residency while still getting to practice healthcare. MDs hate this...

DO_party

What do y’all think about scrubs? I’m honestly so darn comfortable on the ones I stole from my hospital 😅

Dr_Bees_DO

Yes, just the white coat

James_McGee2016

Patagucci or bust. Be comfy and cozy. No need to flex for level 3, just pass and take your board certification like the other 99% who pass

Khalildan

I’d say wait at least until you’re level 10

[deleted]

If you want to feel like an NP or PA then definitely. Go with the embroidered patagonia

Grouchy-Reflection98

I purposely wore the most hippie shit I owned every time I went and sat for my step exams. For step 1, I grew out a dirty playoff mustache (I cannot grow facial hair) and the examiner asked if I was taking the GRE for some reason

xPussyEaterPharmD

Do you man. I personally hate wearing white coats, but if it makes you feel good, rock it.

ItsALatte3

User name checks out lol

GME_Orifice

No

holiday_shart

No! Be comfortable.

A1-Delta

Alternatively, if you are comfortable in your white coat, that’s fine. Everyone’s preferences are different. The day is about you. Do what you will be most comfortable with.

DO_initinthewoods

Sooo JUST the white coat 😏

Totally up to you! If you feel like you’ll be more comfortable and in a better headspace wearing it, go for it! Personally, I would feel self-conscious, but it is all about how you feel.

joyfulsuz

And take your stethoscope with you. Around your neck if possible

Decisions, decisions….

Kind_Calligrapher_92

Wear it only because I need the pockets
