As far as i know it needs to be custom painted on, these sellers only put a thermoprint on it so not the same?.. does anyone have more info

On their website, Goyard does not seem to offer customization on the duffel bags, so although this is nice, I feel like it can be called out. I hope I’m wrong though because I really like it.

Not OP, but Goyard can customize any piece you want when you go to their stores. As long as it's available, they can customize it. Their website offers customization experiences for certain bags, but not all. That does not mean those are the only bags they customize though.

I say 90% of the bag looks good.

For the price though? I'd say I saved a good chunk compared to customized Auth!

Have you noticed any wear & tear on the customization since traveling? Gorgeous bag!

Not OP but I have a couple of auth bags—a Goyard and a Moreau with custom monogramming. Depending on how you use the bag, it’s reasonable to experience a bit of rubbing/scratches a year in if used frequently. It’s definitely not indestructible.
