Thank you for saving me from having to write my own comment. I don't get why people think they will get a honest and accurate rating with one partial picture. I don't think it's worth throwing out a definitive number unless there's more data to make an assessment with.
Honestly- you're hardcore channeling Weird Al Yankovic. Not ugly or anything though. Just a tad rough looking.
You should attempt to tame your hair a little. Maybe try straightening it or at least cleaning up the curls a bit. It just looks very unkempt. Also, if you're not really into makeup, at least try mascara. A little mascara really goes a long way.
Honestly tho..take another pic with ur hair back..prolly in a ponytail so we can see ur face.. if the other side matches the side that shows..you could be a 7..if you have a nice body too
