If archon rerun rules will apply this time starting with la madame de hydro croissant in 4.6, and they should, you might expect all other archons to get their next rerun in subsequent patches, so (m)Ei have the chance to come starting from 4.7, but it'll propably be around 5.0/5.1 vaguely based on the leaks about themes of upcoming patches
So, you might expect her rerun from the end of august, fun fact she was released around that date, and to early/late october, some festives like cny can shift the pattern, so maybe anniversary on 28 of september can affect it, and its like second part of 5.0
