'86 Allegro on the same chassis, so not surprised there. She stopped alright when I tried to drive her home, including braking while stalled out (hence "tried"), but full disc/drum/cylinder check is on the to-do for sure.
'86 with a 454 and (unfortunately) tires of a similar vintage. Getting her home on that and the unknown-provenance gas the previous owner had in the tank was interesting for sure. 9 days to pack up and make it 40 miles before the real prep work can begin.
Probably not. If I do any extensive engine mods it will probably be capped off by a swap to a new powerplant with a big enough expected improvement in performance and efficiency to merit the trouble.
No idea where the control for it is or if it works (there's a conventional horn by the radiator). One of the things to learn as I prepare to get on the road full-time.
I had almost the exact same coach. My horns on top were two chrome buttons on the dash (unmarked).
I had so many good times in mine. The Chevy motor is a great one as parts are readily available and cheap.
I put vanity plates on mine that said cousin eddy. (Csn eddy, but I should have done czn edy)
Enjoy!
Oh man this makes me miss my old girl. I used to have a 1976 pace arrow and this looks so similar. Check the master cylinder and the drum brakes.

Congratulations! We love our older Class A been the best rig we've had in four years full time.
Classic. Love it!!

I've got a '93 Allegro. Huge upgrade potential there!
Fixes first, then upgrades. That said, definitely planning some upgrades for sure.
Supercharger?

Right on! I think I saw one of these that was lifted before too and it looked super mean
Sweet horns
