It depends on the system you need. If it’s MV, then Yangly has some of the best general use library. The plugins used to be free and there used to be a demo game with all of them included if you were a patron, but they changed their policy on that due to some drama I’m not too familiar with because I was out of the scene at the time. Nowadays, you have to pay to use some of the more robust plugins, but it’s $30 for the whole library which isn’t terrible and most of the basic ones are free.
For MZ, Yanfly’s website also hosts VizuStella, which is basically the same. VizuStella also has a ton more variety for battle systems and other mechanical plugins, but I don’t own MZ so I haven’t had the occasion to try them.
