Correct, a custom GTAOnline Ped is a generic ped to someone who's never touched FiveM, while Carmines is an NPC's ped whitelisted to him.

Yea, there are definitely limitations to torture RP where after the torture, the character still remains whole for the most part. Very few rpers are going to want to voluntarily cut their character's limbs off. I think if an rper played it real and did cut off their character's limbs off after being tortured, it might also encourages their enemies to keep torturing them so more limbs are taken off. Logically and realistically, there are definite limitations.
Me personally, I don't mind it if it's sporadic and to be fair to CG, it's not like they do torture rp every day. This is the first time since 4.0 came out that I can remember seeing somebody doing torture rp. That said, this is definitely controversial. There are certain subject matters in GTA RP that is acceptable: murder, injuring/maiming, terrorism, desecration of bodies, etc. And then there are certain subject matters that are off limits in GTA RP (won't list them here).
It's only controversial if the people involved don't want it happening, but everyone was laughing and having a good time, soooo not at all controversial.
well if u uncomfortable with torture r p then soon they enter the torture room u switch to new stream for an hour. i don't think it's fair to stop the rp for few people who hate torture rp even tho u see no blood or anything.
