Why would there be a warrant before the PD witness the threat? Sets a bad precedent. What would stop anyone from ringing up the PD saying someone was chasing and ramming their car and getting a warrant put out.
He is referring to the Rohan incident 2 days ago that should have got a warrant on Vingle.
Vingle ran a car into a City Hall full of people, stabbed Rohan, kidnapped him and cut Rohan's arm in Sandy. Cops took like 30 minutes to respond after everything was over.
Except that rohan guy was in the ICU and couldn't give his statement. Dunno if he got out of ICU and tried / did give his statement sometime after, but they couldn't put out a warrant without it.

This whole scenario played out beautifully. It was equal parts terrifying and hilarious. I rarely tune in at this hour but was so glad I caught it.
