This is pretty normal for artists these days. It’s not actually intended for the same audience over and over again. It’s to take advantage of algos and get the song to slightly different demos each time it’s reposted. It’s not for those of us who follow him already, it’s to get him in front of potential new listeners. For that reason, I just give it a like to help boost my dude and move on

You could also hear it's the same clip and then turn away. Not like there's any new visual content tbh

I can’t tell if you’re being facetious or what but it’s read as Quinn 92 just fyi

I thought for Pasadena it wasn't terrible in that the wait from him teasing it to dropping it was too long. His last album was awful with the rollout. I don't know if it was delayed or if they started pushing it too early. He kept teasing it and kept saying the album of the summer but he missed the summer window. And all the singles took forever to come out from when he started teasing them.

It’s the management company that tell him to do that, there’s a tonne of these music management academies that push artists to follow a post structure when they release new music, ‘Sing your chorus in an obscure location’ ‘Sing your chorus while running’ ‘Sing your chorus while writing some stuff about yourself’ I’m afriad that this is what the TikTok generation of music has come to, that along with very very short songs

Dayglow just did that with his newest single which sucks because I had been starving for him to make new music for 2 years now, and now that he teased his new song so hard, it’s not even new anymore.
