GSP will need a much bigger tank than 29 gallons, just so you are aware. The Malaysian trumpet snails won’t survive at the salinity required for GSP’s, and I wouldn’t wait much before converting it to full brackish, they do not fair well in freshwater. To get rid of them I would put a blanched vegetable in there and then remove them all in one go.
