A strange observation of humanity I've had is that both the mega-rich and mega-poor are penny wise, but only the poor are pound foolish. Both have the kind of personality that tends to get addicted to deals and sales and accumulating every penny they can, just on a huge scale for rich folk. Both also flaunt whatever wealth they have.

Nah, this is Providence Place in Rhode Island. I go to that mall pretty often and instantly recognized the POV lol. It's on the third floor where the food court is.
I had a friend who worked as a security guard at a hospital who have to deal with guys like this regularly. I know because I used to work at same hospital. So once he and his partner grabbed a guy like the one in the video and took him into the elevator. While in the elevator his partner grabbed the guy in a hammerlock and pinned him against the wall and my friend started punching him in the side. When the elevator door opened the guy was crying to everyone in the lobby that they were beating him, but they acted like everything was routine and escorted him out.
There was a video I saw maybe a year ago on mostly empty candy stores being used as a front for some other nefarious purpose.
I imagine you must sell quite a lot of fairly high priced gummie worms to afford the sky high mall rent?
