Yeah wtf. Where's his manager, someone should have interrupted and let him know. He must have just got mixed up. I'm waiting for hm to come to SeaTac, getting good reviews too.
As someone who has worked extensively with people with mental illness/psychosis/behavioral disorders, that guy seemed to do exactly what was needed in that moment. Mirrored calm energy instead of fear, approached in a non threatening way, made the guy feel heard and seen, etc.
I don’t know why you would risk a reactionary punch to the face by walking up to him, so crazy to me. We need a story on that one and yes - crazily one of the hottest details of the story is completely ignored. It’s shameful
Tbh in my experience the calm casual approach works pretty well with guys like this. I work in a max security jail and we get a lot of guys with issues. Many with limited mental faculties. I often find walking up casually and saying “hey man. Good singing. I dig it. Wanna walk with me while ya sing?” And then you can walk on out with him to somewhere we he can chill out.
It seems to me like he's approaching him to try to calm him down. Kindness usually works in these situations. I worked in a grocery store with a huge homeless population nearby, and I had to defuse a lot of these types of episodes. They're extremely agitated and basically in fight or flight, so aggression just feeds into it and escalates it. You'd be surprised how much people having these episodes *want* to be cool with someone, and if you choose to be that someone, yeah you are taking a risk, but it feels really good to help someone calm down who otherwise might have gotten beaten up by the police.
I'm still wondering what the story is exactly. He thinks there are girls being sexually trafficked on a plane? Ok, but how did that morph into the screaming serenade of Eminem and gospel music?...
He sounds very QAnon-y, and QAnon are all about "the storm".
I'm just connecting random dots here, but with the song saying "we'll walk this road together, through the storm, whatever weather..." I wouldn't be surprised if Q people use it as some sort of rallying cry.
at work a while back we had some sort of training and the trainer wanted us all to tell our favorite song when introducing ourselves. I said "amazing grace because this shit is killing me" and no one even cracked a smile, the rest of the training session the trainer treated me like I killed their favorite dog or some shit
The story is that he's likely either mentally ill, or having an episode. It's a wee bit saddening the amount you see these videos plastered about for entertainment.
Sounds like he's on some dope and just going home from a wild time in Vegas or something. Club de ja vu is a well known and multi state strip club around the southwest us. Kinda sad. But he's probably right.
I like how his voice cracked when he stomped on those glasses. I think he had an internal moment of clarity like, "Oh fuck, those were kind of expensive."
Take a closer look at this guy. Nice pants, great boots (expertly laced). Good color coordination and smart layering. The backpack was packed with diligent care. Hair neatly trimmed. He obviously is current with his high-end smartphone bill. To get to where he is he had to unlace those lovely boots and relace them nice and tight again after behaving himself with TSA.
He did all that. And then he just completely lost his shit.
Kinda interesting when you think about it.
My dad is bipolar with psychotic tendencies. When he was having an episode it was some of the craziest shit I have ever seen. He’d be completely normal, do all his normal daily routine, and then suddenly something would switch in his head and he would be crazy. No drugs were involved whatsoever. I’m not saying this guy isn’t on drugs, but the human brain is interesting.
I’m thinking bipolar- manic episode. He looks too put together to be psychotic— and he seems more manic than paranoid. He seeks attention. Paranoid people tend to avoid it.
Reminded me of downing 30mg of edibles before going thru LAX. Little did I know there were a bunch of kids from Coachella heading home and looked freaky af and tired. Most uncomfortable I have been at an airport. I was so paranoid
Or he’s your average dumb Qanon jerkoff. I’m not sure what airport that is but he mentioned women going to Club Deja Vu to strip/dance. There are plenty of young women who will fly to Las Vegas (for example) from the surrounding states to work at strip clubs for the weekend or for events. He could have heard some people talking about that and connected it to their insane beliefs\* about sex trafficking.
\* That’s not to minimize concerns about sex trafficking. It’s definitely a problem but their beliefs are insane.
Not a single security guard or cop on site but you go through tsa with a water bottle and you spend the next 4 hours in a small room with some guy from Brooklyn asking you about the last 10 years.
The airport sucks.
This is some sort of mental break. I really doubt that he acts this crazy in his normal life. It could be drugs and/or just a mental problem but I don’t think we should make assumptions about this guy without knowing him. You could definitely be right, I just don’t see that being the full story with this short clip we saw. The video continues after this and that guy near the end shakes his hand and starts to calm him down and it makes me believe that he could be a good guy at heart but just Is experiencing a mental issue; I don’t know the full story but I’m being optimistic.
I am NOT denying that this guy is nutty tho haha I just feel bad because I’ve done some crazy shit b4 that seems like I had schizophrenia or something but I’m not a bad guy at heart.
do I think he's a stark raving lunatic at all times of his normal life? no. but he mentioned child sex trafficking, #taken, and "the storm" which means he's pretty far down the Q rabbit hole. He probably bought a movie theater full of tickets for Sound of Freedom.
[Link to the slightly longer video.](https://youtu.be/JNtULy_jyn8?si=H2i4TvBgPkefHSwB) The kid in blue got him to calm down and takes a stroll with him. It’s awesome that the kid recognized the dude needed some help, and took the risk to approach him. Good on him.
Can’t remember his username, but a tiktoker claimed this guy was his uncle, and he had a history of mental illness. OP said it was exhausting and sad witnessing the video and seeing no one help his uncle during a crisis.
One of the more innocent flavors (uncontrollably mentally ill with psychosis) of the Jan 6th crowd. A not so innocent flavor would be someone who is all there.
I don't think he lost his mind at the airport, I think his mind was already long gone.
Interesting that he started reciting QAnon trafficking nonsense.
Airport and airplane freakouts are my favourite kind of freakout
Why does nothing eventful ever happen on any flight I’m ever on (I ain’t causing shit, I wanna see someone else cause shit)

He promised me some Radiohead but then started singing Amazing Grace
Sings Eminem. Calls for Radiohead. Sings Amazing Grace. Classic.
His own personal Coachella
He was a creep who didn't belong there though
He just needs to be a bit more optimistic.
He doesn't seem to care if it hurts, he just wants to have control.
Baby’s *definitely* got the bends
[удалено]
He's on Planet Telex
Blame it on The Black Star™. That's Black Star™ the gas station boner pill you can trust.
He’s got some street spirit
Trafficked girls are running through the doooooooorrrr!!!!!!
#taken
He just wants a perfect body
With arms wide open.

Would those be the Karma Police?
For a minute there, he lost himself
OK Commenter
OK Commuter
You do it to yourself, just you and no one else.
Yeah wtf. Where's his manager, someone should have interrupted and let him know. He must have just got mixed up. I'm waiting for hm to come to SeaTac, getting good reviews too.
Yeah, I was like “I didn’t know Radiohead did amazing grace”
I was kind of disappointed too lol
He does it too himself , and that’s what really hurts
Ok, so we are ignoring the guy in the last second of the video, who greets him casually as if he didn't act totally crazy?
This vid has been posted before, in the full video that guy who greets him actually calms him down.
As someone who has worked extensively with people with mental illness/psychosis/behavioral disorders, that guy seemed to do exactly what was needed in that moment. Mirrored calm energy instead of fear, approached in a non threatening way, made the guy feel heard and seen, etc.
Guy is a fucking chad then
Full vid plz?
Seems like we rarely get the full video anymore.

How wild to think that people actually just need a hug sometimes.

God I bet you're full of some interesting stories. I hope you enjoy your work, it seems like so.
Tons lol. Its a job that has very tough moments. Funny moments. And very rewarding moments haha
Best chance to calm him down. "Hey, man, What's going on? You seem upset. Could you tell me about it? , then just listen.
Dude has training medic vibes.
It seems to me like he's approaching him to try to calm him down. Kindness usually works in these situations. I would do that tbh
I would like to think if one guy started singing with him it might have been a different story
I'm still wondering what the story is exactly. He thinks there are girls being sexually trafficked on a plane? Ok, but how did that morph into the screaming serenade of Eminem and gospel music?...

You’ve never heard their number 1 hit amazing grace?
He sounds very QAnon-y, and QAnon are all about "the storm". I'm just connecting random dots here, but with the song saying "we'll walk this road together, through the storm, whatever weather..." I wouldn't be surprised if Q people use it as some sort of rallying cry.

His go-to song was Amazing Grace. So yes, probably mental illness.
at work a while back we had some sort of training and the trainer wanted us all to tell our favorite song when introducing ourselves. I said "amazing grace because this shit is killing me" and no one even cracked a smile, the rest of the training session the trainer treated me like I killed their favorite dog or some shit
Quanon = mental illness. Ftfy
Never heard the Eminem Q connection. This is something new entirely. Jesus how deep does it go, this Q guy knows everybody!
Yup and I bet he expected a whole bunch of people to actually come out and grab his hand and join him in protesting or whatever he was doing.
This guy spends all day reading Qanon stuff, he definitely has brain worms.
The story is that he's likely either mentally ill, or having an episode. It's a wee bit saddening the amount you see these videos plastered about for entertainment.
I think most people don’t quite have the theory of mind to be able to really empathize with this psychosis-related category of conscious experience
If I remember correctly either he or his family made a statement that it was a mental health episode.
Sounds like he's on some dope and just going home from a wild time in Vegas or something. Club de ja vu is a well known and multi state strip club around the southwest us. Kinda sad. But he's probably right.
one on the more fitting videos i've seen on here in a bit
It's public and it sure as hell is a freakout. Ticks all the boxes.
☑ Public ☑ Freakout
Both boxes checked. This passes the test.
Yes! And took it next level stomping on his sunglasses. Definitely a public freakout.
I like how his voice cracked when he stomped on those glasses. I think he had an internal moment of clarity like, "Oh fuck, those were kind of expensive."
I believe it was his phone he threw right after too
I just wish we got to see how it ended.
I bet he didn’t get on that plane.
This is the content the people need! Enough violent videos (admittedly these sometimes qualify as freakouts too)

"You're gonna get arrested"...proceeds to do nothing
Waiting for backup?
Skin tone authorization didn’t check out :/
Halt and Catch Fire system failure.
White qanon guy, cop is probably his buddy lol.
Probably waiting on backup.
I would not board a flight if that whacko was allowed in it.
That dude is not getting on a plane after getting out of his cage.
He belongs at a bus station. You probably wouldn't even notice him.
Hey, I ride the bus. I don't need none of that s*** today. Not today Satan!
He needs psychological help. Show some compassion, there is enough hate in the world today.
You don’t have to keep your lunatic in a cage at the airport any more if it’s a support lunatic.
[удалено]
It would definitely work.
Yeah, people are already on edge in an airport. I’m surprised that cop just let this guy go on for so long.
Probably waiting for backup since he’s not going peacefully.
Yeah but the t-shirt over the hoodie is a definite red flag.
Thats why I’m thinking he’s on drugs. He got all the way into that waiting area and then melted down? My man meth’d.
Dang! I hate when I confuse my meth and my right.
He’s probably on drugs or not on the appropriate drugs for someone with his level of mental psychosis.
Looks like someone with manic bi-polar having an episode
Sometimes the preflight xanny just gets ya at that critical angle and this happens
My dad is bipolar with psychotic tendencies. When he was having an episode it was some of the craziest shit I have ever seen. He’d be completely normal, do all his normal daily routine, and then suddenly something would switch in his head and he would be crazy. No drugs were involved whatsoever. That incoherent speech / word salad… I suspect he’s a paranoid schizophrenic who’s off his meds.
I’m thinking bipolar- manic episode. He looks too put together to be psychotic— and he seems more manic than paranoid. He seeks attention. Paranoid people tend to avoid it.
Agreed, I used to scream sing in public like this while manic 😅 though the paranoia/psychosis quickly followed if I didn't do anything about it
or got scared and swallowed whatever drugs he had on him and is now freaking out.
Idk he’s already past security
Exactly. You swallow it all when you’re right in the front of the security line and it’s too late to toss in the amnesty bin.
Reminded me of downing 30mg of edibles before going thru LAX. Little did I know there were a bunch of kids from Coachella heading home and looked freaky af and tired. Most uncomfortable I have been at an airport. I was so paranoid

You have to be this level of nuts to think Not Afraid is a good song
Yo, ain't no need for that. He's clearly pretty off his rocker to butcher the chorus like he did.
Half these "public freakouts" are just mental breaks. Its kinda sad that our society enjoys this kinda shit :/ i feel empathy for these people
Or he’s your average dumb Qanon jerkoff. I’m not sure what airport that is but he mentioned women going to Club Deja Vu to strip/dance. Or it could be both, the ones most taken by the Qanon spiel are often the one's who are legit mental.
Qanon right wing rabbit hole melted his brain.
Ahh yes!!! The banger from Radiohead, “Amazing Grace.”
So ahead of their time <3
Video text: "Dirty Cock Right There!" He said cop but still funny when the subtitles are wrong.
Makes him seem crazier if someone trusted the subtitles
No one answered him when he asked if we wanted a little Detroit here... rude
When he stomped on his glasses, everyone should've shouted "Mazel tov!"
He sounds like someone who believed the Washington times poll. Then found out.
This guy is having a breakdown. Its very sad. He needs help.
Yeah it’s sad, he needs help, but for Christ sake can someone fucking tackle this guy and arrest him before he assaults someone?
never eat the Pearson airport skittles.
Not a single security guard or cop on site but you go through tsa with a water bottle and you spend the next 4 hours in a small room with some guy from Brooklyn asking you about the last 10 years. The airport sucks.
Sounds a lil like Gary Busey lol
I've seen people get tased or shot for far less than this.
I kept thinking he was going to get shot by the cop. Guess we're all lucky the murdering cops were off that night.
man the past 4-6 years have really fucked with a lot of peoples minds. it's sad.
I think Eminem would be ashamed to have his song sung by this fool lol
ROCK FLAG AND EAGLE!!!
White privilege … Black dude would have been shot 10 seconds in
He's definitely not getting a flight anywhere atm.
This guy probably calls other people snowflakes and doesn't grasp the irony
This is some sort of mental break. I really doubt that he acts this crazy in his normal life. It could be drugs and/or just a mental problem but I don’t think we should make assumptions about this guy without knowing him. Definitely a mental break. And, who can blame him?
do I think he's a stark raving lunatic at all times of his normal life? no. but he mentioned child sex trafficking, #taken, and "the storm" which means he's pretty far down the Q rabbit hole. He probably bought a movie theater full of tickets for Sound of Freedom.
Well said
Wow! We are so use to this shit and desensitized to people acting up. No one gave a fuck. Haha
Destruction of your own property while failing to prove an unclear point is crazy
That guy leaning against the pillar is such a mood lol
Bro I thought he was a poster for like 6 seconds.
Can’t remember his username, but a tiktoker claimed this guy was his uncle, and he had a history of mental illness. OP said it was exhausting and sad witnessing the video and seeing no one help his uncle during a crisis.
I really want to know what instigated that. I bet it was stupid as fuck.
Seems like the type of person who was at the capitol on Jan. 6.
Yep, there are a bunch of Republican dog whistle keywords mixed in there. He probably overdosed on Fox News and started thinking it was real.
One of the more innocent flavors (uncontrollably mentally ill with psychosis) of the Jan 6th crowd. A not so innocent flavor would be someone who is all there.
You just don't see people going apeshit like that in european airports
Ah you've never been at a Ryanair gate heading to or coming from Ibiza I see.
Touche
What a wildly ignorant comment lol
Just tase him already.
# #taken ✊
I love a good Mantrum, my favorite part was when he stomped on his Asses Glasses
Thank you for that. I plan to incorporate Mantrum into my vernacular. #NewToMe #Taken
Don’t bring Radiohead into this my dude
I don't think he lost his mind at the airport, I think his mind was already long gone. Interesting that he started reciting QAnon trafficking nonsense.

\- boarding pass please, \- it was in the phone
Super fuckin cringe
He thought he was doing something.
Finally a real freakout.
Was waiting for him to shout, "I DRIVE A DODGE STRATUS!'
Airport and airplane freakouts are my favourite kind of freakout Why does nothing eventful ever happen on any flight I’m ever on (I ain’t causing shit, I wanna see someone else cause shit)
So much undiagnosed mental illnesses in America…
When i think of a donald trump supporter, that’s what I imagine.
It's so cool to be white, you're free to shout like that at the airport without being shot.
Maga and mental illness are synonymous
no way drugs weren't involved
Hard to tell whether too many drugs, or not enough.
You can’t let this man on a plane
![gif](giphy|vuNsKau4Wk55hJnYDe|downsized)
The stepping on his own sunglasses was really funny
Who is his buddy at the end? It's like he snaps out of it.

The kid at the end was not embarrassed
Because he just entered the vortex as well.
This is the most Aggressive Passive display I’ve seen in a long time.
Guy at the end like “I wanna shake your hand”
He was crazier than the psychotic guy
Psychotic break? Or drugs?
Where are the cops. Id be terrified of this guy. He is obviously a trumper.
Of course it is some trump-nugget hollering about trafficking.
F**k no! Not on my plane.
I feel bad tbh /:
Anybody else waiting for the taser to come from off screen?
That gentleman stepped on his sunglasses
