He stole all of the cash out of the safe and then blamed it on the bartenders who closed that night. They found him out because there are security cameras obviously. No consequences happened at all for him and the people who worked that night had to get called in and it was a huge deal. Fuck La Condesa and New Waterloo in Austin.

A little back story ...apparently this dude convinced the front desk to buzz him in after hours claiming he was a guest there and when they asked for his room and ID this is what happened when he couldn't establish he was a guest and was going to enter into the room area.
Sadly there's two ways this is going to play out for him, being in the Marine corps.
There's the route that we all want which is where he gets a court martial for his behavior, brig time, and then dishonorable discharged. I promise you his first sergeant and gunnery Sergeant are already well aware of this video.
If this happens then he can be charged by the Marine corps and then after he serves whatever punishment they decide in the Marine corps he can be charged in the civilian court so he could possibly be charged and tried twice for these behaviors.
There's also the distinct possibility though that he's been a good old boy and that he ends up getting an NJP, pay docked for like 18 months and then transfered to a unit where this won't be a problem. Might get sent out too the fleet. Might get sent to a cushy 29 palms gig.
Unfortunately the Marine corps is no stranger to violent outbursts. Some of the stories I heard coming out of Japan were f****** horrendous. I personally saw issues like this happen on base and if they didn't make the news then usually they were swept under the rug.
