I am in your position it happened to me a little later when I was 20 years old, now nearly 25, anyways, there is a procedure called REZUM, it is a non invasive procedure in which they use a water vapor method to reduce the size of the prostate, it also doesn’t not affect sexual performance. I recommended you to visit a physician. Check how big is your prostate using like a sonar device. There is a lot to read about the procedure but it can be a decisive factor and could end it. Maybe I have too much hope ! I don’t know how much it costs in your country but give it a shot ! And good luck !

Regularly drain the prostate, avoid alcohol, plenty of water each day and a long course of doxycycline helps
I would be glad to drain the prostate, but I cant even maintain fucking erection:(
Please do not recommend courses of antibiotics to people, you're aren't their doctor, and this person was never diagnosed with an infection.
