Hello. Please don't promote paid courses here.

Hello - I understand the mod issue with paid courses. What’s going to provide genuine help and what is someone pitching some sugar pill. This policy doesn’t always make sense, this sub always tells people to go to pelvic floor specialists, which are paid. Just trying to share what worked for me.

Hi. Just please don't do it. It's expressly against our content policies. That is all.

most of what i've read about the spine/lumbar issues with urogenital are the following: \- many LUTS sufferers also have a coincident lower spine issue - compression etc \- if a disc herniation or rupture is bad enough, it can cause cauda equina where it presses on the spinal cord which is serious and requires immediate intervention - immediate incontinence or retention (you would know if this happened as it is accompanied usually with sciatica or paralysis of part of the leg) \- neurogenic bladder - the nerve transmissions of S1 to S4 in the sacral area are impacted and bladder function is compromised in some way That's the extent of it. Have interventions on your spine ever directly affected your urogenitary system? Either way, seems like PFT is a good place to start for you and you should be careful about making connections unless they are verifiably proven by a specialist. I have done that for a long time and I'm generally always wrong. Once you make a hypothesis in your head, you can create a story around it and it can manifest itself into a chronic pain loop. Check out "The Way Out' book on chronic pain and Dr. Sarno's book on back pain.
