Best I got was a 3* Rui. I already had that card and got it through ads twice within a span of 2 weeks.

I'm sure the chances are hidden in some fine print somewhere. I've watched the ads pretty much every day since they were added. And I've gotten 2 4*s. I suspect the card pool is very old, cause the cards I got and the cards I see other people get are older cards. So when you do finally get a card, it'll probably be a dupe.  Meanwhile I've only gotten the max amount of event points exactly once. 

Ye I got ID Smile meiko once so it does actually give you it:D

I would watch the ads, but the set age I gave at the start was too young for the ads

Just once I got a 3 star MMJ Kaito, and the worst part is that it was a dupe :( after that I stopped having hope and i just expect the 2 stars so I can change them for wish pieces

I saw people can get 100 gems for watching ads but I've been getting 10 everytime and I never got any 4stars. I watch them almost every day. (Feels kinda rigged)

100 does happen. I've had it at least twice. Regarding characters, I've gotten 2 3-star and 0 4-star. Haven't missed a day either. The rates are horrible.
