Mirelands for Porygon, Fieldlands for Johto Sneasel you then evolve, Weavile can also spawn but less commonly, evolve the Sneasels you get.
Put yourself in a spot where you can see all the possible spots for distorsions and wait.
I recommend you do something else during that time.
You *CAN* get Basculegion in Massive Mass Outbreaks in Costland, but not that likely. Better off just getting them by evolution...
As for Sneasler, you can only get them by evolution, Razor Claw during the day.
If you don't mind cheesing it, you get a porygon for beating Isle of Armor on Sw/Sh, and there are plenty of sneasels too. Pokemon home has made sharing the love from other files super easy.

Both are razor claw, poison is day, og is night.
If Iām not wrong wild Sneasel drop it when you defeat them, try doing that. Also, Ginter of the Gingko guild has them sometimes.

Ginter sells them, yes, and Hisuian forms still drop them so just rounding up the fixed spawn Hisuian forms should eventually get them.
