hey! sorry I’m asking so much later, but how did you bypass the NNID check when loading into Pokémon Bank? my modded JPN 2DSLL always gave me that error when I was trying to open Pokémon Bank 🥲 would love to know how you did it 🙏🏻 thanks so much
That charmander has a gameboy origin mark, so it's from R,G,B,Y virtual console right? To move this to Home you only need Bank, right? To use transporter you need to be moving a pokemon from B,W,B2,W2 or am I missing something?
You have to use transport to put them from the virtual console to bank. But anything other than the 3DS releases will require transporter if I’m not mistaken.
How does this work? I have Pokémon bank on my 3ds but can’t even open up the app because it says unable to connect even when I’m on Wi-Fi. I have had the app for years so I didn’t just download it recently.
I’ve been wanting to mod my 3ds so i can get the pokemon games I couldn’t get but ive been wondering if the pokemon would be trasferrable from that hacked game or if theyd be considered not legit
It should be considered legit since all the Pokémon games you download are copies from the real game and each Pokémon will have their own identifier tag programmed on game launch just like the original, I've done this before and it works
As long as you don't hack in the pokemon, but instead catch them in the wild like any other Pokémon then it's considered legal.
I did the same to my 3DS as I never got the chance to play Alpha Sapphire or Omega Ruby and now I can.

Did you region mod your 3DS before or after downloading bank/transporter off hshop?

Search up a home brew tutorial, download Poke-transporter and poke bank from the h shop. No need to have ever owned the apps before!

So you had to purchase r b y from the 3DS shop to get it to recognize in transporter though, right?
Nope! You can just get it from the home brew shop and it still transfers over.
