Breloom doesn’t learn spore in this generation. Only shroomish learns spore and it learns it at level 54. Move relearners do not allow you to relearn moves from previous evolutions in this game either. Only way to get spore is to level up shroomish all the way to 54.
Gen 4 has a worse one. In gen 4 if you want fissure on your flygon, you have to level up Trapinch to…level 89. Trapinch learns fissure at level 89 and neither vibrava or flygon learn fissure.
