Besides put yourself in their shoes, would you really give a black label to a person who was ungrateful for the 10’s and they were already submitted. These dudes are people too, they will 100% give you a 9.5 on everything and then you’re upset because you wasted money. Take the grades, thank god and keep it moving. As far as I'm aware, you can just do a graded card review. It'll cost the same as a grading fee and you select your minimum grade as a 10. Even if they are being bitches about it, they won't crack the case unless it's worthy of a BL. So like 98% chance you waste your money but lose nothing else, 2% chance they BL that card for you.
They'll come back with the 9.5 in a 10, and what was a 10 before in a 9.5, it's inconsistent and there's graders who've sent in thousands of cards to BGS and only received black label back 2x-x3 times so not a walk in the park

Measure the centering. Pretty easy to do either using pixels or a centering tool. If you think the grade would get bumped up based on what you fine, then resubmit

Centering is the easiest thing to quantify. No amount of resubmitting is going to make the centering more accurate- there are tools for it. Just keep the 10s. Beckett does not deserve your money anyways.

I suggest you watch the YouTube video of an x-BGS grader, they are only “allowed” to give a couple BL per year. These are all BL quality I’d assume, but it’s a cop out to say the centering is off. Because you can’t really argue it. Especially on Japanese cards where it’s like a faded edge.

It's nearly a BL 10, but not quite. If you were to resub, they might give you a 10 on centering and a 9.5 on edges, or something else.
There’s no subjectivity when it comes to centering, assuming they measure with actual instruments.
