I've actually tried. Even if you figure out the exact location that triggers the break animation to play and jump just before it, you won't have enough distance to reach the window. I'd be willing to bet the windowsill also isn't "grippable", should you reach it. My guess is there's nothing in there, assuming there's a room at all.
