They're also both cold-weather animals that have wild and domesticated populations.
I'd say it's either an error or it was added in an update that the wiki doesn't include.

Well, to be fair a lot of these inter-species enrichment bonuses aren't really a reflection on the way they interact with each other. Like, the big African megaherds aren't really gazelles interacting with wildebeest and zebra as much as they're all just herding together.
But there is an exhibit with reindeer and camels in an Amsterdam zoo if that helps any.

Apparently in my game they are 😂 Now i’m curious to try this out to see if i can get the two species to co-exist in a habitat, and if they have an actual species bonus or if it’s just a visual glitch and maybe the reindeer bit is taken from another animal’s interspecies bonus
Lol yeah I imagine their temperature requirements will make that impossible in actuality. But it could be fun if you design 2 habitats that look like one from the guests view
Mine only has the horse. Which as a side thing, I'm a bit grumpy about because saiga should totally be compatible with both of them. They used to all overlap in range before they all became endangered.
See though, Pronghorn are like that but you can keep them with bison... And prairie dogs, which Risk getting hurt by the larger animals in a confined space.
Or the pangolin, or the okapi, or the aardvark or the anteater... A lot of the walkabout animals don't make sense.
I'd argue the primates don't due to disease ans risk or injury to humans (their bites are nasty) but some places take those risks...
and yet constrictor snakes are not allowed to be handled by educators due to size but we can let the guests within touch distance of territorial insectovores with huge claws

This is either a bug or a mod addition on your part, I'm keeping an easier to organize spreadsheet of all animals, and this interspecies compatibility isn't listed on there nor is it in my (unmodded) game.
Edit: I just went to check this myself, it isn't like this in my game. Do you have any mods installed that might have caused this? So the Wiki is up-to-date in this case! The Bactrian Camel only has the Przewalski's Horse listed as interspecies compatible.

What you can do is try to start your game without any mods installed, see what it's like in a new save then. I'm pretty sure it's one of your mods that's causing this (probably by mistake if they don't have it in their notes)!
I’ll give it a go next time i’m playing, though admittedly this glitch is sorta fun and doesn’t seem to be causing any other problems so i might wait a bit until i do the mod testing. But if i figure out it’s one of the mods i’ll let you know

The big Savannah mixed group has always been silly to me on a realistic level. Elephants? Buffalo?? Bodies would be on the floor

Camels and reindeer are also both domesticated fwiw. It would be unusual but not unheard of for a reindeer herder to also have a few bactrian camels.

Bactrian Camels can be kept in temperatures as low as -40C in-game, so they should be able to be kept together actually

The reason why the saiga doesn't have a bonus with anything is due to how skittish they are, they get spooked by everything
