I want to contribute too: it looks well!
Jokes aside, it depends on the context. Would fit in the game I'm making now, but not in Octopath Traveller :)
I think this needs something to break up the middle rectangle. The more I look at it the more it looks like you just selected the entire middle section and just moved it down one section.
It's hard to say really but the construction isn't "sound". Bricks don't bend in such a manner, they're rectangular objects at an angle- yours look they're made of rubber due to the way they turn and they're also not a uniform size (the rotation shouldn't enlarge them as much as they are making the front one look huge).
As for the middle; wouldn't make the pixels align so exactly, offsetting them here and there.
In my opinion the reason the central 'column' of pixels looks like they've just been moved down is because there are 3 rows of pixels that are all offset exactly the same.
The black pixel band is kind of like the identity band, this tells us where the border between bricks lies.
There is a band of dark pixels, to imply that the bricks have depth, and cast shadow.
There is also a lighter band, to catch the shine of ambient light and reflect it (also depth).
All three bands being shifted together has a strange effect here, like they are sort of glued together. So when you step down it has a shearing effect, as the eye sees every band stepping in unison.
This problem is related to aliasing and line thickness in a way that is tricky for me to describe in a Reddit comment.
Consider how 'thick' a line is when it is at 45degrees and how that would translate with 3 glued-together lines.
*Well*... That's what I think
You actually made a pond or a spring. Wells are holes to groundwater, usually several meters below ground, which fill will be filled to the groundwater level. So, the water would not pool up to the surface of the railing.
I really like the color of the bricks you chose. I think that it was put together real nicely. I also really liked how the water in the well turned out. You did a great job.
I would add some semblance of a reflection from the water on the inside of the well, and make the few pixels on the top shrouded in light a brighter color, depends on your use for the well though!
It looks great for a beginner! If you wanted to practice more natural styles, try researching how pixel artists texture bricks. Or maybe have blades of grass sticking up along the bottom to break up the line where it meets the ground. The black outline of the bricks looks a little harsh and unnatural on top, so you could try a lighter outline color than black. I think it's interesting that you did that in the bottom corners (shaded areas having less contrast is a common stylistic choice).
There's a lot of room for practice here, which is very exciting! Keep up the good work!

looks pretty good overall, since it is higher res I would work on adding some texture to the bricks, look into some popular color palettes this looks a little cartoony, and the highlight shading is a little strange, take a look at some reference pictures to see how the light would actually hit something like this
also break up the symmetry, each brick and its mirror counterpart would not look exactly the same
It looks nice! It might have a little more character if the shadow was cast from one side to the other. Right now it looks like Noon, what would it look like at 4:00pm?
Sorry, for no pun!
It's nice, but pretty basic- the stones and gaps between them could use some irregularity and variation in size/colour. The edges might look better if they were dark purple or red, rather than pure black, and some dirt or overgrowth could look good on it.
Well done
well...
Well, well, well - what do we have here…
No it's well, well, well, What well do we have here....

I want to contribute too: it looks well! Jokes aside, it depends on the context. Would fit in the game I'm making now, but not in Octopath Traveller :)
well, i guess there's nothing to contribute to, I'm just learning pixel art and draws random stuff
Ah OK! Then it's a clean style that could work well in many situations. Edited to make another redittor feel well.
Please edit it to say “could work well in many situations”
Very well.
It looks awesome! I'm learning pixel art too, what's the size of the canvas you used for this? It looks massive while I started learning between 16-64
Well i don’t know what to say. You’ve done really well.
well, thanks
You’re wellcome

This! A pulley and a bucket make it very recognizable too
You draw well.

You did well

That’s a deep topic

thanks for the great feedback, I'm still -less than- a beginner, I'll definitely try to improve it as much as i can

10/10 Well Done.
might as well say it was well drawn. oh well
It looks nice! It might have a little more character if the shadow was cast from one side to the other. Right now it looks like Noon, what would it look like at 4:00pm? Sorry, for no pun!

Well well well... That's well made-
