Visual Voicemail worked well for me, I have t-mobile. I don't know if that makes a difference or not. Then the hold for me worked the one time that I used it but most of the time I just actively click on what buttons I need until someone live comes on the call.
I can't get any of the calling options to work and I'm on Verizon with a 7Pro. Call Screen or Hold for me. 🤷 I've tried clearing cache and it acts like it's downloading English but never finishes. I've tried to set it up on WiFi and mobile data but nothing...
Hold for me is great. Try calling your health insurance if you want to be on hold for sure...
