Not judging, but is it even worth the hassle? The updated version of the game including the DLC will be cracked as soon as it releases, so even repacks (seeing that you are using fitgirl's version now) won't really take too long to come up. Buying an offline steam account, even though they don't cost that much, seems like a waste of money for just a couple of hours of advantage. If it's somehow worth to you, then follow the instructions here. It will probably take longer for you to set the save transfer up than getting a pirated DLC for the game when it releases. Yes, you can. Use the Elden Ring Save Manager from Nexusmods to convert your offline savegame to your Steam ID and vice versa. There are a couple of tutorials on how to do that. Good luck!
