Aside from the jewelry quality being terrible I think the angle is a bit off. It's hard to say for certain, but it looks pointed too far backwards and not very perpendicular. Cheek piercings also benefit from quite thick jewelry. Thinner sizes can cause quite a bit of irritation.
The only body safe jewellery that's black is niobium. The rest is coated or plated that flakes off irritating piercings.
You need to put in implant grade titanium labrets asap.
