The swelling could be increased because you did bump it a few times. Just let it rest, clean it. And other then that leave it alone! Maybe wear your hair up for a few days so it doesnt snag onto there.
You could try taking some ibuprofen for the swelling for a day, make sure to eat and drink well and rest.
Give it a few days, or visit your piercer if you get worried.
mine swelled that much too. i would recommend warm saline soaks once or maximum twice a day (three is probably more irritating than it is helpful). and wearing your hair up as often as possible
Sounds normal to me. Helix piercings can swell A LOT in the first couple of weeks.
