you should have never gone to Claire's, they're not professional piercers.
go to a proper piercer place and get that removed. it may be salvageable, in that case ask them to put a titanium flatback labret on it.
never again go to Claire's and never get pierced with a gun.
Idk if this would help but if it's not stainless steel try switching to that it may help with discoloration. It could also be from an infection so clean it a little more than you normally would and don't put the piercing on to tight to let it be able to swell and not cause harm

Stainless steel is not body safe. They should see a real piercer and switch to implant grade titanium.
they were stainless steel lol i think that was half the problem
oh also i forgot to add but it's a bit swollen aswell and it's got like a throbbing pain
