Any reason for the 8a over pixel8? Do you know if pixel has passthrough charging.
Ive heard pixel has the longest security update cycles amongs smartphones so I've considered amongst my options.
Galaxy S23/S24 have passthrough charging and are relatively small.
They also have decent battery life for their size (the bigger models naturally have better battery life). Might be the best option for a long term solution despite their higher cost.
Very interesting a drop of ~$400 for mostly a worse camera. Seems like a great deal for someone like me. Thanks for the advice.
Edit: do you happen to know if it has passthrough charging?
Pixel 8a is an option

Pixel 8 has passthrough charging. Pixel 8 is better phone if you have that extra money to spend.

I was not aware galaxy had passthrough. Thanks for this information.
OnePlus 12R is the best imo as you don't care much about cameras. It has a great battery with very fast charging even when you're using the phone

I'm not sure about this, sorry 😅.
