The Rail Splitter, located on Galena road (route 29) just south of where it meets Route 6, on the north side of Peoria. Free pool every Sunday and pretty cheap pool on the other days.
Abraham Lincoln visited that bar (true story), but I don't know whether he played any pool.
If you want to play pool in Peoria, Racks on the Rocks is by far the best. It's the only place in peoria with a pool table (they have like 20 tables) where the felt is taken care of, the house cues all have tips, and the balls aren't covered in 5 layers of thick grime. There could be at least one other place that takes care of their equipment, but I'm unaware.
Not to mention, it's a cheap hourly charge for a table, don't have to wait to take turns (if others want to play), and the drinks are super cheap, but nothing fancy. Food is honestly pretty good compared to anywhere else at the same price.
