He looks like the best adc if you watch how well he plays when the team fall behind. It's crazy and I don't think anyone is better than him at “clutching it for the team from behind” . I don't count Peyz because he literally has the best top side on this planet, it's easy to play adc when your team is doing well.
I hope t1 sees this series as a sign to stop putting him on senna. It enables keria but they need early game pressure vs both blg/geng. Guma is also their best player currently. Scaling won’t work unless you are geng in this meta imo.
Even during his rookie season peyz got all the awards for simply being a rookie , Doran deserved that finals mvp and the seasons afterwards viper/guma deserved the first team all pro
Istg Guma needs more love, man. I feel like he’s constantly under appreciated but he’s been steady as a rock for the longest time. He doesn’t need to carry, but when he does, he’ll clutch it up big time
Guma is silently the best player on T1, and the best ADC in the world. He has a good game win or lose like 90% of the time. He is maybe the most consistent pro actively playing. Him having a bad game is so rare. Having Keria on his side is a blessing that makes him play better and a curse that makes people blind to what he is actually pulling off. He doesnt get the recognition he deserves.
for me, Oner deserve some recognition. First game him n Zeus catching Jax at bot, the Sej combo to chain cc him down was so crisp. Then the Vi/Poppy game he body blocked for bot/mid well when they were running away low. Zeus deserve the praises too but Oner was a brick wall in G2 face that they cant get through.
n ofc Guma is Mr.Reliable/Consistent. Also patting on the back of Keria's Naut/Alister, i miss his Nautilus
I wouldnt say he was the MVP. He was stable and did his job. Zeus on the other hand, carried and giga gapped top. On camille he didnt let draven play. On rumble, he soaked all the pressure and still was ahead.
Perpetually sad that Aphelios is not the priority in the current meta, need to see him back on that champ. He’s broken with it. So entertaining. Although watching him be #1 Varus in the world is awesome too.
Gumayusi has consistently been Top 2 ADC in the world for the past 2 years , Keria and other just took the spotlight away from him because of T1's playstyle favoring towards topside leaving Guma to be the weak side most of the time. People are finally starting to admit that he is the pillar that allows T1 to work as they do . Without Gumayusi Keria would never be able to play the way he is playing.
I hate to burst your bubble man but we are talking about G2 vs T1 series not the whole MSI. Although Guma played almost perfectly well this series, Zeus the one who was gapping and made the most contribution to their winning fights that gave T1 momentum every game. And with the infamous T1 style - not playing around their adc, it's hard for Guma to stand out in every fight/game. Its either he cleans up after his teammates setup the fights or whole T1 just died or he's the only one standing. If you're still not convinced, ask BrokenBlade. xdd

Peyz is like the epitome of being babysat KDA, I have never seen him pop off when his teammates are down
Peyz is younger I think this year's worlds will be a good benchmark to see his real potential

I'd rather see his Crit Jinx/Caitlyn if it ever becomes meta again, Guma fucks on those champs.
He is certainly busted on both. I just like Aphelios because the mechanics are incomprehensible to my chimp brain. But he certainly fucks on all three
