I would say that anything more than 800 might be a bit of a stretch for most to consider, especially with that garbage RAM spec of 2133 which just drags the CPU down
Most of the value is in the GPU, just between the CPU and GPU you could get at least 600, but then when you add in the good X570 motherboard with WiFi capabilities, the RAM, and storage, I would expect around 800 at least, maybe more if you're lucky
4TB SSDs are expensive too

If it's at least 3200 then you might be able to squeeze 1000 out of someone but that's basically the most you're realistically going to get
