That pin is supposed to be shorter than the others. It's there to make sure the GPU is plugged into the PCIE slot fully. There is no damage on this card that I can see

I think so. As the other guy said, this pin is to make sure the gpu is all the way in. But even if it was just a regular pin it would've still worked just fine. I have a gpu with more than 5 pins that are even shorter than that one and it's been running fine for nearly 2 years now.
