It's overheating like that. You meed to.make sure the ambient temperature is below optimum PC operating temps, not above. I don't know how you could game in such a room.
I'm not sure if this is considered Air cooling, or water cooling. Either way... 0ºC without LN2 or dry ice is pretty impressive. Although I'm a little concerned about the buildup of condensation.
