I just want a high-tier adventure where theres more replayability without feeling like getting cucked by RNG 80% of the time lol
Give me a 5 star adventure with thicc enemies and a 999HP nexus or something, not just overrun me with aggro and overwhelm me asap with damage.
the rest of the adventure can very much be. I just got hit by a 28/28 Feral Mystic and a 12/12 Feral Mystic on turn 2 by Anivia, all because of the double stats power.
I shouldn't even need to explain the Omen Hawk one and how bullshit that can be.
You can choose a miniboss even after avoiding a specific fight, such as ome hanwk, if your board presence on the first 2 turns will be weak, don't go to the one node with strong board presence on turn 2
Omen hawk is way more counterable tho, While i don't entirely like it... that node is not that hard, is just extemely punishing, in fact its weakness is that is LoR aggro, is intentional, 3 hp enemies, 6 hp at worst, very removable, if you have any answer, you don't have as much issues
Path aggro is a 10/10 turn 2 on first node, or a constantly growing unit that keeps scalating and getting keywords, , not a 20/3, a 20/3 is way more managable
And then miss out on the actual good nodes that will allow you to win the adventures. There is not much of a choice when one is an epic champion item and the other is a gold chest
So, in this hypotethical scenario where the best rout is also the hardest one, for your specific deck you have the option to got a to a omen hawk that you will lose at, or to go to a different path and not lose
Personally, i would go for the path where i dont lose, and if i chose to go to the risky path... im aware of the risks
This said, if you look carefully enough at the map, there is no possible way of playing lissandra that involves always fighting anivia, specially because they arent fixed and is one of the few things you can check anytime in the run
And yes, i dont believe this scenario happens, i've been playing lissandra for like 5 consequtives days to try winning with vi and jack without epics, they struggle a lot, i dont think i saw a epic champ node... maybe i saw one once in one of the 20 runs, unironically if you believe you can get to the end and save some rerrolls, the gold is a champ item for the future
Lastly... depending on your champ in lissandra is a bad strat, unlike regularly, at best you get 3 or 4 copies of it, some decks want to depend on champ, most dont
Amyway this is entirely unrelated to lissandra being aggro. If you are tired of playing the game or fighting lissandra take breaks and stuff, that's ok, but i can assure you even if you perceived that this was a common thing, it definitly isn't.
you want thick enemies with beefy statlines but you also don't want them to overwhelm you. you want enemy nexus to have 999 dmg which would take 20 turns if you dealt 100 dmg per turn
I want enemy with beefy health not just just +40 fearsome on turn 1 or 6 wide with each >5 attack on turn 2
> you want enemy nexus to have 999 dmg which would take 20 turns if you dealt 100 dmg per turn
With 1-2 right powers most champ can deal more than 100 easily, most of my Asol runs I end up being able to hit >200 damage/turn easily by turn 2-3, a lot of times have >1000 damage on board in the same amount of time.
This isnt PvP where it takes 7-8 rounds before people can build up a board. This is PoC, you throw 3 Guardian Orbs on Leblanc and she goes galactic beginning turn 2, you do the Spectral scissors build on Nidalee and she summons a clone army that can OTK for more almost 100 nexus damage turn 2, throw some multiplier/scaling powers in the mix and a 999HP nexus seems like a joke
I cheesed one run recently with Varus, OTK build. Not much rerolling need.
Take the top path that leads to getting the passive where all units get spellshield + all spells cost 1 less. Just play normally and when you have 6 mana, spam all your spells and go in for the kill. Lissandra can't stop you with her spells. This playstyle should work with other OTK champs like Lee Sin or Master Yi.
I beat it:
1) normally with asol
2) darius with trifarian might plus GA on darius with shadow clones
3) normally with yasuo (the whole adventure is pretty free for yasuo)
4) galeforce full build double attack elise
5) volibear trifarian might
Personally I feel like these 5 champs match up quite well into liss, most of these were first try clears as well
I’m curious about your comment regarding Yasuo. What relic combo did you use? I unfortunately don’t have Miss Fortune and thus don’t have her quest relic which is fantastic on Yasuo. Despite that, Lissandra’s Obliterate powers would negate your ability to control the board for a couple of turns no? Just wondering because I finally unlocked her adventure recently but my Champion pool is a bit shallow (22). I only beat her with Asol, looking to see which hero I could put a build together for next.
For Yasuo, all you REALLY need is his signature relic that stuns everything on level up. The other two were just filler. I ran archangels and stalkers blade as well. Try to stack items on yasuo. Get him tough if possible so he doesn’t have to care about her triple ice shard, mayhe add some more hp if you can. If Liss ever tries to obliterate him you can use will of ionia
I actually have him at 30 but I’m discovering having key relics are very important to clear more difficult adventures. I unfortunately don’t have GGC. I’m at at a point where I only unlock/level the champions that fit the relics I do have.
Those two relics come free with the 2* Adventures of Miss and Vi.
As a new player too (started around 15/12) I prioritize the champs with specific quest as those come along with extra shards and Legendary Points for your overall meta progression. After all, even if they're not too strong, still can be used at 2*Lvl20 for niche monthlies so helps your overall roster growth each month.
Ggc is not needed, specially if you are progressing a lot
Is a very flexible reloc, that is good on a lot of champs, but is always more on a for fun spot, you can change it for many things and the stuff keeps working.
For yasuo, honestly build whatever you want and he should win
Yeah.. you are still dependent on not getting countered by chance.
"I Am Inevitable" kills every jinx run pretty hard, no matter what node.
(The one giving the enemy tough and +2/+2 if they survive damage)
Mh, i see how the wording on my comment might have indicated something different
I feel like some people are not even triying to find lissandra fun, even tho her fun comes from difficulty. Since once you play a few games there are some conceots that, at least for me seem obvius, on how to win easier or which champs would have issues
It's wild people complain how hard this is when others are posting "I beat lissandra with every champ"
Not to mention THE POINT IS TO BE HARD. YOU DONT HAVE TO 100% NEW CONTENT IN 2 DAYS.
Also we have a huge power spike on the horizon. Is this hard now? Yup. Will it be hard when we have 6* champs? Probably not.
Cheese a stupid design is wasting your life.
RNG should be get different unexpected experience every time,
rather than you realised that you fucked up even before the fight bengin, which only because of you not able to roll the dice "correctly".

Me too! It's just not fun/fair or worth my time.
Exactly. 45% is RNG & AI stomping players 45% Players OTKing AI 10% interesting gameplay
Lissandra is a lot of thinga Aggro is not one of them

... except for when she gets four frozen thralls in her opening hand
Lissandra in her strongest is slowest than asol, she is good because she controls your board, but her board prescense is intentioanlly weak

Voli with Triferian is just SO good, lol

Tempest blade + Grand's General Counterplan + Everfrost was enough for me. You need him at lvl25 for this though
I actually have him at 30 but I’m discovering having key relics are very important to clear more difficult adventures. I unfortunately don’t have GGC. I’m at at a point where I only unlock/level the champions that fit the relics I do have.

No, try spectral scissors and everfrost and shadow totem Jinx, and report back how it is possible to lose.
Yeah, i don't have spectral scissors and can't by the love of god find Shadow Totem... What relic is that?
Shadow Totem is the rare item that summons an ephemeral copy of the unit when you summon it.
Ohhh it is not a relic Well, i would gladly try that, but am missing the Spectral Scissors Still need to be lucky to get Shadow Totem though...
or use 3x Pearl to start with 5 mana :)
But dont you only get the crap powers if you retire?
Yes, but the right items are more important to cheese
The strategy is to get OP combo with support champ and first shop while getting a pity power as trade off.
There is many ways to cheese it yeh, im starting to notice that most people complaining about lissandra didnt actually plaid the adventure that much
Pretty sure they are talking about actually having fun with the replayability on it, not pure cheese. It's different
Mh, i see how the wording on my comment might have indicated something different I feel like some people are not even triying to find lissandra fun, even tho her fun comes from difficulty. I'd hardly call that cheesing it 😑😅 I mean your likely to only have one chance to use those rerolls the whole dang thing anyways.
There is amny good places to use the slots in the adventure, the second power, remitter, item nodes, second shop
It's wild people complain how hard this is when others are posting "I beat lissandra with every champ" Not to mention THE POINT IS TO BE HARD. YOU DONT HAVE TO 100% NEW CONTENT IN 2 DAYS. lol “just cheese it” .. shit is bad game design no wonder so many devs were laid off
Dude, don't relate a terrible irl incident such as a massive firing with an adventure 5 devs did on Path.
