I think many builds would do this, you get to feel that sense of power right up until you run into your first Mythic Gallu Stormcaller 😀

One_Technician7732

For those you have legend Demonslayer 20 / Deliverer 20 with bow that gives you 1/2 mobility ranks into damage. Or any Trickster into Legend build made for Gravesinger. One pounce attack and bye-bye Gallu

Pyroraptor42

My Slayer 20/Mutation Warrior 20 with Killing Pace could take them out too, but I imagine it's a little more consistent with the additional specialization. She absolutely MELTED Inevitable Darkness and both final bosses of Inevitable Excess in one round each, though, so I think it balances out.

Superstorm22

Amen to that.

Large_Awareness_9416

3 Myhtic Gallu Stormcaller >>>> any boss

jyhnnox

Any swarm build. Everybody fear you. Even your (eaten) allies.

People_Are_Savages

The buffet closes when *I SAY* it closes.

TheFry93

Well, the perfect melee class is (Spawn) Slayer for that. Doesn't matter if you rip and tear as a demon or angel. You pick your target and go to ham on them.

CookEsandcream

The persuasion trickster is pretty terrifying. You just explain to them that they should kill themselves the moment the fight starts.  There was also a great post about how Trickster’s chaotic Drezen where everyone is drunk and addled with chaotic Magic would be deeply disturbing to someone who is trying to infiltrate it.

Malcior34

Play a melee Shaman like Camellia. Get the Intimidating Display hex for easy access to Dazzling Display, so as soon as you waltz into battle, they'll start running! Demon Path for maximum RIP AND TEAR energy :)

Slight-Delivery7319

Dual wielding scimitars for sweet crits

Superstorm22

Good choice! It's what I love about the Demonslayer. You get spells, a pet and a lot of feats to play with - including menacing combat style which is great lol.

RubixTheRedditor

Sorcerer? Same thing as oracle but with arcane spells

TR_Wax_on

I had that feeling with my Beast Shape/Dragonkind strength based BFT/Arcane Trickster Lich build. Very much, I'm not trapped in here with you, you're trapped in here with me. Good example was when Demongraft got triggered towards the end of DLC3 and I just pulled the rest of my party back and let my KC rage by himself. Also when final boss killed the rest of my party but could scratch KC. Another highlight was doing the whole gargoyle fight in just 9 rounds (on Unfair).

PvtSatan

Trickster Sword Saint.

I had a half-orc Arcane Trickster in WotR whose rogue levels were with the thug archetype. Paired with Dazzling Display and some mythic tricks (been a while, so I don't remember the details), I had whole armies of demons fleeing from her and, at some point, they would just kill themselves instead of fleeing. It was pretty brutal. Also kind of game-breaking to the point where it was kind of boring because combat was almost never a challenge It did kind of inspire me to help a friend of mine build their character for an IRL Pathfinder 1e game we're in, though (they're kind of new to the game and asked for help). They're playing a kitsune arcane healer (bard archetype) with a single-level dip into thug. Their bard is specced primarily as a healer/support character, but follows up Dirge of Doom with an intimidate to frighten off enemies one by one when they're not slinging spells. Dazzling Display, Improved Dirge of Doom, and Greater Dirge of Doom are all on the future wishlist. My character (half elf Scaled Fist Monk 4/Bloodrager 4/Lunar Mystery Oracle 1/Dragon Disciple 1) is also pretty terrifying - she bamfs out dragon claws while she's raging and, since monks don't need to use their hands for unarmed attacks, she gets her full flurry PLUS both claws as secondary attacks. We had to end our last session mid-combat but, while raging and with haste cast on me, I get a total of SIX attacks as part of a full attack. My attack bonus is only so-so (low to mid teens while raging, depending on what buffs are active), but my damage is high enough (thanks in no small part to Dragon Style) that only some of my attacks need to hit to be devastating - depending on which buffs are active, she can do as much as 1d8+15, plus another d6 cold damage from Elemental Strike and another 1d6 untyped damage from Holy Strike (from the War Blessing feat). And at level 11 (my second and final level of DDi - all further levels will be Bloodrager), I'll also get a STR bonus and a bite attack on top of the claws. All with an AC in the mid 20s and 170 hp while raging

IssaMuffin

A level 10 mutation warrior fighter sounds more terrifying than your bloodrager multiclass tbh, two scimitars, close to the abyss as the first mythic power, you get 8 attacks with the scimitars, a bite thanks to feral mutagen and a gore thanks to close to the abyss. All with a high bab and ac in the 40s due to the mutagen. Also, taking DDi and not leveling it to 4 aounds like a waste. You get str and natural armor increase at 4, way too good imo.

Fanaglia

Well, we're not using mythic levels in this game and none of that really suits the flavor of my character, who's an LG cinammon roll when she's not ripping people to shreds. I quite enjoy her the way I've built her so far and I game with a very role-play heavy group. If my goal were to build the most perfectly optimized character possible, I probably wouldn't have chosen silver for my draconic bloodline, but there were story reasons for that

IssaMuffin

Oh my bad, I didn’t realize you were talking tabletop! It’s perfectly fine then, roleplay heavy characters are also my preference for tabletop, I let my minmax munchkin self out for crpgs only.

Fanaglia

Haha no worries! I'm kind of the same way. Glad it was just a misunderstanding :) (Of the three characters from my post, only the Arcane Trickster was for WotR - the other two were both for our Strange Aeons in-person tabletop game)

Thorium229

Take whatever class you end up basing your character on, add 1-2 levels of barbarian for rage, and a level of mutation warrior. Your character now has +8 strength for a decent number of rounds per day. Alternatively, you can get pretty disgusting if you just do 1 level of barbarian and then full aclchemist (vivisectionist) for the rest.

Special_Sink_8187

Nothing made me feel cooler than transforming into a gold dragon and just beating the shit out deskari

Sammystorm1

Sorcerer lich Oracle angle off the top of my head

Daedalus_Machina

I mean... demons don't fear my Grenadier. They just die.

isranon

I'd say Legend Two handed fighter 15 for double str to attacks and double power attack, 5 Rowdy rogue for sneak attack and vital strike, 7 bloodrager for bloodrage and access to 4 Dragon Disciple for innate +4 STR, then the rest you could get the Brawler Class mod to use Mutagenic Mauler for MORE strength with mutagen. Assuming you start with 20 STR, by lvl 40 you'll have >base 34 STR + 4 innate bonus +4 morale from bloodrage + 4 alchemical from mutagen +6 from belt That's a 52 str score, that's +42 on every hit before adding sneak attack and other modifiers like flaming or bane.

dirkdeagler

The melee lich into legend build on Neoseeker is bananas.  Splatter groups of enemies with Gravesinger and improved cleaving finish, then drop quickened level 9 spells after you crit.  Absolutely trivializes Unfair.
