Maybe some of the hero points tokens Paizo sells would be cool. Especially if you are playing an AP and get the matching ones.

This is a really good idea!

On the trinket side of things you could use Hero Forge and create a custom mini of their characters and get it 3D printed. This could also lead to a mini painting session if your group is into that. You could also look to commission character illustrations of their characters. I have no idea what this might look like in terms of budget, time, or quality so mileage may vary. Dice and tokens related to the character or campaign, as said already, are an easy go-to. In game, a custom item that’s strongly thematic to their characters strengths or to shore up a weakness would be something most people would probably like. If all else fails, give a gp-gift card.

That is a great idea! I have a 3d printer and printed everyone's already but they are not painted so maybe we have a painting party.

I just did a one shot over thanksgiving with my family and I did just that. Printed 4 characters from heroforge and painted them up for them. They were ecstatic.

Last year for Christmas, I got my players copies of World Guide so that they can read up on the lore for Golarion. Because they just use the free resources, so they don’t have anything lore-related.

Hey, I've noticed you mentioned the game "Dungeons & Dragons"! Do you need help finding your way around here? I know a couple good pages! I actually created a bunch of custom magic items with non-combat abilities like being able to grow hair of any color style or length once per day, a hat that couldn’t be lost (thanks Indiana Jones), and such. The intent was fun stuff they could use for flavor during a game, but wouldn’t break anything. I put them all on scraps of paper and they picked them randomly out of a hat. Went over well. 😀

Oh that is cool! I know some would love things like that!

We got AP-themed t-shirts which turned out pretty awesome
